We want practical, first-hand writing from women who are doing the work, and from experts who can explain it clearly.
What we're looking for
- First-person stories. How you went full-time, landed your first big client, survived a bad contract, or built something from zero. Real numbers welcome, bragging not required.
- How-to guides on something you know well: pricing, pitching, content systems, hiring your first assistant, setting up your finances.
- Expert explainers from accountants, lawyers, bankers, marketers and platform specialists, written for someone who's 22 and figuring it out.
What we don't publish
- Articles that exist to place a link. If the main point is SEO, see advertise with us instead.
- Pieces published elsewhere first, or written mostly by AI.
- Get-rich-quick advice, income guarantees, or anything we can't fact-check.
How it works
- Send a pitch with the form below: a working headline, three or four sentences on the idea, and why you're the person to write it.
- We reply within about two weeks if it's a fit. We don't always have time to answer every pitch.
- Drafts run 900 to 1,800 words. We edit for clarity and fact-check, and you see the final version before it goes live.
- Published contributors get a byline, an author page, and a short bio with a link to their own site or social.
